J Austin Productions is looking for dependable, creative, and collaborative people who can help bring live productions, special events, and community-centered entertainment experiences to life.
Stage Managers / Assistant Stage Managers
Keep rehearsals and performances organized, track production details, communicate with cast and crew, and help the show run smoothly from start to finish.
Production Assistants
Support rehearsals, load-in, backstage needs, errands, performer check-ins, and day-of operations wherever an extra set of hands is needed.
Choreographers / Dance Captains
Create, teach, clean, and maintain movement for revue-style productions, musical numbers, tribute shows, and live performance moments.
Music Directors / Vocal Coaches
Assist with vocal preparation, harmonies, rehearsal structure, arrangements, and performer confidence for music-driven productions.
Technical Crew
Help with sound, lighting, props, wardrobe, scenic support, backstage flow, and other technical needs before, during, and after performances.
Front of House / Event Support
Welcome guests, assist with seating, support box office or check-in, answer basic questions, and help create a smooth audience experience.
